A Haiku on a Scary Night

Blind and furious
The wintry night today
echoes a rough sea.

 She swayed with gusto
Spreading her inky,coal black hair
Her ebony gown
Lacquered silver gloss
Cast mystic incense throughout
the depth of silence.

Horrifying me
Her boogie rolling steps
Thundered on earth's crust.

Reading and writing is my passion. Philosophy, gender, Fiction, Mystery,Education, Thriller,I prefer these genres. But I must admit I am not a prolific writer. Just that I want to express and feel myself. Honest comments are heartily welcome.

  1. This piece (poem) is short, sweet, *&* wrapped up neat; yet the words are powerful *&* enchanting casting a spell of power beyond human control, with mind-catching words that trap *&* capture the imagination *&* carry the mind into the unknown waters deep into darkness leaving the impression that love will let the eyes see the brightness of the sky again akin to finding the pot-of-gold at the end of the rainbow!
